What Do We Have To Offer?
Penhill Stud is a boarding stud based in the Yorkshire Dales with purpose build foaling units and set up to board mares, foals, youngstock and horses out of training for a break or rehab. The stud is managed by founders Michael and Wendely Oughtred. Wendely is an experienced equine vet and runs a vet practice (EVAS) on site providing immediate veterinary care for your mare and foal. Prompt and accurate intervention is often life saving for your mare and foal during foaling.
We also provide artificial insemination services, diagnostic services and other veterinary care for your horse. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
